One of our trusted farmers, grows the best thai chilies. We decided to try pickling a few this year.
These tiny, bright red peppers are sweet, spicy and have a hint of lemon. They are nothing short of delicious! Each bite is filled with amazing flavor and is not killer spicy like you'd think. There is some heat in these peppers and it varies in each jar.
We love these thai chilies in a spicy cocktail or tossed in our pasta. They are also perfect on a white pizza.
