This spring we found the perfect green garlic from one of our favorite farms.
These delicate scapes are picked green before they mature into full garlic cloves. They have the gorgeous aroma of garlic and a lighter taste than their cured cousin of the fall.
We love these pickled gems on burgers and will chop them to add to our favorite meatballs. They make a killer cocktail and are a perfect gift for any gourmand on your list!
